Todd Klomp has extensive experience in the construction industry, serving as Superintendent at Norcon, Inc. since March 2013. Prior to this role, Todd held the Superintendent position at Ujamaa Construction, Inc. from July 2012 to March 2013, and at Midwest Contracting from May 2005 to July 2012. Earlier in the career, Todd worked as a Foreman at Adjustable Forms Inc Of In from 2003 to 2005 and as a Carpenter at Concrete Structures of the Midwest from 1999 to 2003. Todd is an alumnus of Elmhurst University.

Norcon, Inc. is a mid-sized construction management firm located in downtown Chicago. Founded in 1999 by two young entrepreneurs, Norcon has established itself as a leader in today’s progressive construction industry. Their diverse history of projects includes commercial, retail, educational, pharmaceutical, hospitality, religious and high end residential. Though much of their work is in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs, Norcon has traveled to over a dozen states to complete projects for clients. They manage all aspects of construction from the initial preconstruction phase through final completion. Norcon is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council and recently completed construction of their own office building which achieved LEED Gold Status and received SERF (Society of Environmentally Responsible Facilities) certification. In 2006, Norcon was the construction management firm selected in Chicago to build for ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.
