Tom Fox

Tom Fox is an experienced project manager with a diverse background in construction and military service. Currently serving as a project manager at Norcon, Inc. since December 2019, Tom previously held roles such as assistant project manager and project engineer within the company. Tom's military career spans over a decade with the Maryland Army National Guard, where responsibilities include managing 15 soldiers and overseeing significant military equipment. Additional experience includes positions at Helios Construction Services, Brawner Builders, and Blind Industries and Services of Maryland, where Tom demonstrated strong operational and management skills. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Loyola University Maryland.
