William Lovell

William Lovell is a civil engineering graduate from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, holding a Bachelor of Science degree earned between 2018 and 2022. Currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager and previously as a Project Engineer at Norcon, Inc. since June 2022, William has hands-on experience managing the submittal process, participating in writing RFIs, and engaging with subcontractors in a $3.5 million project.
