Frank Lien currently serves as the Head of Exchange Desk - Power Derivatives at Nord Pool since September 2025. Lien has also been a Board Member and Chairman of the Board at Rørosbaker`n AS since April 2005. From November 2009 to August 2025, Lien held various leadership roles at Nasdaq, culminating as Head of Market Place Commodities Europe and Deputy CEO of Nasdaq Oslo ASA. Prior experience includes serving as Risk Manager & Controller at Interkraft Capital Management AS and positions in risk management and trading at AEP Energy Services Norway AS, Enron Nordic Energy, and Finansbanken ASA. Frank Lien holds a BBA degree from BI Norwegian Business School and completed studies at Røros vgs.
