Gemma Cross

Gemma Cross has extensive experience in finance and customer relations, currently serving as the Transactional Team Leader at NorDan UK Ltd since October 2021, after progressing through roles including Senior Credit Controller and Credit Controller. Prior to this position, Gemma worked at West Lothian Council as a Payroll Assistant for a brief period in 2021. Previous experience includes a role as a Credit Controller at Iron Mountain from October 2018 to March 2021 and a combination of administrative, sales, and events roles at Mcdonald Hotels & Resorts from February 2008 to September 2018. Additionally, Gemma held the position of CRM Advisor / Showroom Host at Eastern BMW in early 2014.
