Marcel Santos

Marcel Santos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT service delivery and project management. Currently serving as Delivery Lead and COO at Nordcloud, an IBM Company since January 2022, Marcel is a member of the Swiss Board and oversees customer relations, resources, and projects to ensure exceptional service. Prior roles include Account Executive at DXC Technology, where Marcel managed financial and operational responsibilities for strategic clients, and Client Services Executive at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, maintaining service delivery for a global client. Marcel also held positions as Project Director at HP, leading project management practices in Eastern Europe, Head of Service Management at Deutsche Bank, where ITIL-based service management was established, and involved in IT architecture and SAP R/3 deployment at UBS. Marcel holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from ETH Zürich and an MBA in Management from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
