Peter Bakker

Peter Bakker has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Peter currently holds the role of Vice President Partners, AWS at Nordcloud, an IBM Company since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as Global Partner Manager AWS at Nordcloud, an IBM Company from February 2021 to October 2022. Peter also served as Head of Managed Cloud at Nordcloud from December 2019 to April 2021. Before joining Nordcloud, Peter worked at Mirabeau, where they held various positions including member of the Microsoft Azure Application Development Partner Advisory Council from October 2017 to May 2019, Business Development Manager/Partner Manager from January 2017 to May 2019, and Client Manager from February 2013 to May 2019. Peter has also worked at Innoves BV as a commercieel directeur from February 2010 to December 2012, and at Referit as a commercieel manager from February 2010 to December 2012. Additionally, Peter has experience working at Ordina Application Outsourcing & Projecten from January 2004 to January 2010, where they held the roles of business development manager and sales. Peter also worked at The Vision Web as a sales representative from January 2004 to December 2006, and at Syntegra as an account manager from 1999 to 2003.

Peter Bakker's education history includes attending the RSG Brielle from 1982 to 1988, where they obtained a Gymnasium degree. Following that, they attended Erasmus University Rotterdam, graduating in 1994 with a drs degree in Bedrijfseconomie & Bestuurlijke Informatiekunde.

In terms of additional certifications, Peter Bakker completed the AWS Bootcamp in 2019 to become an AWS Cloud Practitioner. Peter also obtained certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS), including the Migration Ambassador Foundations (Business) in April 2022 and the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner in August 2022.
