Eric Slocombe has extensive work experience in engineering roles. Eric is currently the Director of Engineering at Wabtec Corporation since April 2021. Prior to this, they held the same position at Nordco starting from June 2018. Eric also served as the Director of Engineering and Site General Manager at Broderson Manufacturing Corp. from January 2014 to June 2018, and as the Project Engineering Manager from May 2010 to January 2014. Eric worked as an Adjunct Professor at Kansas State University from January 2012 to May 2013. Earlier in their career, Eric was a Mechanical Design Engineer at Harlan Global Manufacturing from November 2009 to May 2010. Eric also worked as a Lead Product Development Engineer at Sauer-Danfoss from August 2005 to November 2009, and as an Engineer at John Deere from May 2003 to August 2005.
Eric Slocombe has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University. Eric obtained this degree from 1998 to 2003. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Eric completed their master's degree program from 2006 to 2009.
