James A. has a strong background in engineering and operations, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. James started their career in 1992 as an Assembly Department Manager at Price Pfister division of Black & Decker. James then moved on to Dayco Products, where they served as a Plant Manager and Director of Operations. In 1996, they joined Pentair as a Plant Manager and later became the Director of Operations. James then worked at Fisher-Barton as the Vice President of Operations and later became the President of the company. James also served as the President of Generac Holdings and as a Business, Manufacturing and Service Executive. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Engineering and Operations at Nordco. Throughout their career, James has consistently implemented Lean techniques and initiatives, resulting in significant improvements in safety, quality, and cost. James has also been responsible for reorganizing teams, upgrading talent, and building strong relationships with customers.
James A. has a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. James also holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Operations from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
