Anders Bisgaard

Anders Bisgaard is a Program Manager with extensive experience in driving financial acquisitions from an HR perspective. They have been responsible for the integration of HR policies, data, contracts, and collective agreements for approximately 380 employees during multiple acquisitions into Nordea. Previously, Anders held various roles at Nordea, including Senior Project Manager and HR Partner, where they implemented HR strategies across Nordic countries and managed diverse teams. They also have a strong educational background, with certifications in project management and change management from various institutions, including Copenhagen Business School and Aalborg University.
