Anders Hökstrand

Anders Haglund has extensive experience in software engineering, with a focus on embedded software development and Android applications. At Block from January 2017 to March 2025, Anders contributed to the development of hardware for Square, including Square Reader and Square Terminal. Prior to this, Anders was a Senior Android Developer at SKOUT, where responsibilities included ad network integrations and performance optimization for the Skout app. Earlier roles encompassed software engineering positions at Corel, Rovi, System OK, Lokalguiden AB, and Aduct AB, where Anders worked on diverse projects ranging from media applications to web systems. Anders holds a degree from Chalmers University of Technology.
