Benedict Teagarden is a Senior Advisor at the Business for Peace Foundation, providing strategic guidance in Oslo, Norway, since 2022. Previously, they served as Chief of Staff for USAID's Bureau for Conflict Prevention and Stabilization from 2018 to 2022, and held roles including Senior Information Officer and Integrator at USAID. Benedict also worked as an Analyst at Oxford Analytica between 2016 and 2017. They are currently a Senior Expert in Sanctions Advisory and Risk Management at Nordea, a position they started in 2023. Benedict holds an MSc in Violence, Conflict, and Development from SOAS University of London and a BM in Jazz Performance and International Relations from the University of Miami.
