Charles Watkin has extensive experience in human resources and talent development, currently serving as the Head of Learning & Development at Nordea since December 2014. Prior roles at Nordea include Head of Learning Design & Build, Head of Training & Development for Retail Banking, and Head of Talent & Process Development for Retail Banking. Prior to Nordea, Charles Watkin worked at GE Money Bank from July 2004 to November 2014, holding positions such as Head of HR for the Nordic region and HR Manager in Denmark. Charles Watkin's career began at GE, where work as a Human Resources Manager - Corporate occurred from January 2003 to June 2004. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Middlesex University and a Bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology & Management from The University of Manchester.
