Daria Stigman

Daria Stigman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management, customer experience, and business design. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Gofore since January 2024, following a merger with CCEA Oy where Daria held a similar role from August 2023 to January 2024, Daria specializes in guiding clients through the people side of change. Prior to these roles, Daria worked as a Business Designer at Frankly Partners, focusing on customer-centric organizations and complex client projects. Daria's career began at Lindström, progressing through various positions including Head of Customer Insight, Strategy and Experience, and implementing significant customer feedback initiatives. Daria holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Aalto University and has completed studies in psychology at the University of Helsinki.
