Jonathan Wilson

Jonathan Wilson is a seasoned Programme Manager and Solution Design Lead with nearly two decades of expertise in anti-money laundering and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as the Global KYC Solution Design Lead at Nordea, they oversee the implementation of Pega-based KYC workflows while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements. Previously, Jonathan led the Global Perpetual KYC Programme at HSBC, where they focused on enhancing customer due diligence processes and managing governance and financial oversight. Jonathan holds an ICA Diploma in Anti Money Laundering, Risk & Compliance from The University of Manchester and a BCom in Marketing and Economics from the University of Otago.
