Kaia Mathiesen

Kaia Mathiesen is the Anti-Bribery and Corruption lead at Nordea Bank Abp, where they focus on managing financial crime compliance. With a background in ethics and communication from Yara International and various roles at ExxonMobil, Kaia has extensive experience in project management and process optimization. They graduated with a business degree from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and have also studied at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Fluent in both English and Norwegian, Kaia brings a strong international perspective to their work in anti-bribery and corruption.
