Malene Bendixen

Malene Bendixen is a Senior Legal Counsel in People Legal at Nordea Denmark, bringing extensive expertise in employment law and industrial relations. They have a proven track record as an experienced negotiator in labor disputes and collective bargaining agreements, providing high-quality, commercially sound advice to senior management and HR departments. Before their current role, Malene held positions as a Senior Advisor at DI - Dansk Industri and Dansk Erhverv, among others, and was expatriated to Kazakhstan and Qatar. They are currently pursuing degrees in Law from the University of Copenhagen and in conflict resolution as a Mediator with Danske Advokater.
