Minea Leva

Minea Leva is an experienced professional in employer branding and marketing, currently serving as the Employer Brand Lead for Nordea in the Nordics, Poland, and Estonia since December 2023. Previous roles include Employer Branding Growth Specialist at Metso and VTT, and Employer Branding Specialist and Marketing Lead at Finders Seekers, where accomplishments include a significant increase in social media engagement and the development of marketing strategies. Minea also co-founded the Magnet Employer Branding Awards in Finland, promoting excellence in employer branding since 2022. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Business Law and Global Management from Aalto University and a Bachelor's degree in HRM and Marketing from Haaga-Helia University.
