Morten Melander

Morten Melander is currently the Head of ICT Risk Oversight in Personal Banking at Nordea, where they lead a team dedicated to managing ICT-related risks. They previously held various roles at Danske Bank, including Group Compliance Officer, where they were responsible for compliance functions across the group. Morten started their career as a Research Assistant at Copenhagen Business School and earned a Master's degree in Business Administration and Commercial Law from the same institution. They also worked as a Compliance Officer at Realkredit Danmark and contributed significantly to compliance and operational risk efforts across several financial institutions.
