Nico Sivén

Nico Sivén is currently the Head of Cyber Security Incident Response at Nordea, where they lead operations in Threat Hunting, Forensics, and Threat Assessment. Previously, Nico held various roles at Elisa, including Service Operations Manager and Development Director for 5G-quality, focusing on cyber security and process management. They have extensive experience in service management and process development, complemented by a commitment to continuous improvement and coaching teams to deliver value. Nico is pursuing a Bachelor of Information Technology at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences.
