Niklas Persson

Niklas Persson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, particularly within the banking and technology sectors. Currently serving as Capability Manager Credit Risk Execution Leadership and Senior Execution Leader at Nordea since July 2023, Niklas leads agile IT projects related to credit risk and risk models. Prior to this role, Niklas held the position of Managing Director at Avega Group AB from February 2014 to July 2023, overseeing management, sales, and recruitment for a subsidiary focused on system development. Niklas further contributed as a Product Owner and Project Manager for various initiatives at Nordea Bank, including statutory reporting and financial data projects.
