Ole Andersen

Ole Andersen has extensive experience in financial management and operational control, having served as Controller at Unibank from 1988 to 1999 and subsequently holding significant leadership positions at Nordea from June 2017 to June 2019. In Nordea, Ole Andersen was the Head of Income Control within Financial Control & Operations, overseeing a team of 25 employees and driving transformation efforts to enhance financial oversight across business areas. Furthermore, Ole Andersen led a team of around 70 employees as the Head of Retail Banking Planning and Control, managing planning and performance processes and advising the executive management team on financial strategy. As SVP, Head of Financial Management Development & Governance, Ole Andersen focused on enhancing the performance management structure to support business efficiency and adaptability. Ole Andersen holds a PED in Management from IMD, earned between 2007 and 2008.
