Per Andersson is a retired legal counsel with extensive experience in legal matters concerning the securities market. They specialized in trading and clearing of exchange-traded and OTC derivatives, as well as EU legislation related to financial instruments. Per held positions at notable institutions such as Nordea, where they served as Head of the Securities Law unit, and had prior roles at Föreningsbanken and VPC. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Stockholms universitet in 1986.
