Peter Sandahl

Peter Sandahl is an experienced leader in sustainability and finance, serving as a member of the Board of Directors for the Partnership for Carbon Accounting Financials and Swesif, as well as a faculty member at Competent Boards. With a strong background in climate action, Peter contributes to the Science Based Targets initiative as a member of the Expert Advisory Group for Financial Institutions Net-Zero Standard and has held multiple roles within Nordea, including Head of Climate & Environment, Deputy Head of Group Sustainability, and as a prominent participant in various financial initiatives like Glasgow Financial Alliance for Net Zero and Principles for Responsible Investment. Additionally, Peter founded Climb for Climate™ and is involved with CRREM - Carbon Risk Real Estate Monitor and the United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative, emphasizing a commitment to advancing environmental strategies in the financial sector.
