Ricco Flade

Ricco Flade is the Head of Workout and Special Credit for Denmark and Finland, leading a cross-border team dedicated to restructuring and distressed workouts within Nordea. They have a robust background in corporate credit analysis, having served in various capacities, including Senior Credit Analyst and Chief Credit Analyst at Nordea, where they specialized in acquisition financing and restructuring cases. Ricco's earlier experience includes roles as a Credit Analyst at Nykredit A/S and BRFkredit A/S, and an Associate in Structured Finance at Nykredit Bank A/S. Ricco holds an HD in Finance from Copenhagen Business School and recently completed a Basic Board Leadership program.
