Rishu Sarpal

Rishu Sarpal is a seasoned professional in performance engineering with extensive experience across various companies. Currently serving as a Principal Performance Engineer at Nordea since August 2025, Rishu previously held roles at RELEX Solutions as a Performance Architect and Lead Performance Test Engineer, where responsibilities included establishing team processes and enhancing collaboration with development and infrastructure teams. Positions also held at OpenText, Sogeti, OP Financial Group, HCL Technologies, Capgemini, Birlasoft, and CSC involved leading performance testing initiatives for major projects across various sectors, including banking and supply chain management. Rishu's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications from Uttar Pradesh Technical University and studies at the University of Helsinki.
