Roman Mickiewicz

Roman Mickiewicz is an experienced IT professional specializing in non-functional engineering for core banking applications, currently serving as the Head of Non-Functional Engineering at Nordea since September 2016. Roman's expertise encompasses performance engineering, infrastructure efficiency assessments, vendor management, and non-functional testing for core banking applications, particularly Transact T24. Prior to this role, Roman held various positions, including Project Manager and Consultant, across multiple companies such as GE Capital Bank BPH and Jit Team.
