Ryszard Cap has extensive experience in database management and IT development, with a career spanning from January 2013 to the present. Ryszard worked at Atos as a SQL Server Database Administrator and later as a Senior Database Administrator until September 2017. Following this, Ryszard joined Nordea in May 2018 as a Senior Database Specialist, and currently holds the position of Senior IT Developer since September 2020. Ryszard holds a Master's degree in Computer Science specializing in Computer Management and Control Systems from Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu w Dąbrowie Górniczej, as well as postgraduate studies in Business Intelligence and Decision Support Systems from the same institution.
