Simone Steinbichler

Simone Steinbichler is an experienced professional in banking and service delivery management, currently serving as the Head of Business Service Delivery Management in Personal Banking COO at Nordea since October 2008. With a focus on active demand management of internally provided services, Simone has played various strategic roles, including member of the Integration Management Office since 2020 for the acquisition of SG Finans, and board member of Nordea Baltic AB. Previous positions at Nordea include Business Service Delivery Manager, Strategic Partner in Digital Banking, and Project Manager in Nordic Banking Management. Prior to Nordea, Simone held roles at Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe and completed internships at Deutsche Bank Italia and Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology. Academically, Simone holds an MBA in Systemic Organization Development and Consulting from the University of Augsburg and a Diploma in Business Administration, Banking and Finance from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University.
