Sofie Karlsson

Sofie Karlsson is an experienced communications professional with a significant background in internal communications and corporate identity. Since October 2016, Sofie has held the position of Head of Communication for Group Business Support at Nordea, overseeing communication tasks related to leadership, strategy, and organizational changes. Prior to Nordea, Sofie worked at Swedish Match as Manager of Internal Communications & Corporate Identity, where responsibilities included managing internal communication channels and corporate identity projects. Previous roles at Carlsberg Group and ABN AMRO encompassed internal communication management and project coordination. Sofie holds a Master's degree in Communications and Business Administration from Lund University, complemented by academic experiences at various universities in Spain and Sweden.
