Steffen Forde

Steffen Forde is currently the Director at Nordea. Prior to this, they worked as a Vice President at Deutsche Bank from January 2011 to August 2013. Steffen was in charge of Private Equity/Alternative investments and was promoted to VP in March 2013. From February 2009 to December 2010, they worked as an Analyst at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). Their responsibilities included financial modelling and valuation, industry analysis, strategic opportunities’ identification and assessment, company analysis, transaction structuring, preparation of transaction documentation and visual materials. Steffen also did post-transaction monitoring and reporting, including valuations and crises recovery management. From June 2008 to August 2008, they worked as a Summer Analyst at EBRD. Prior to that, they were a Summer Analyst at Saxo Bank from April 2007 to August 2007.

Steffen Forde has a MSc in Finance and Strategic Management from the Copenhagen Business School as well as a MSc in Finance from the University of Oregon. Steffen also has a BSc in Business Economics from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
