Szymon Rapacki

Szymon Rapacki is an experienced quality assurance professional with a robust background in leading testing initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as Expert QA Lead at Nordea since June 2017, Szymon manages a team of over 20 QA Engineers, defines test strategies, and improves testing processes for the Open Banking Hub, while coordinating release testing with multiple scrum teams. Szymon's previous roles include Senior IT Test Manager and IT Test Manager at Nordea, Senior Test Specialist and Test Lead positions at Avenga and Roche, and software quality engineering roles at Samsung Electronics. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics, IT, and Telecommunication from Warsaw University of Technology, Szymon has demonstrated expertise in test planning, test automation, defects management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams throughout a diverse career in software testing and quality assurance.
