Timo Frank has extensive experience in process excellence and improvement, having held various roles in prominent organizations. From September 2000 to August 2005, Timo served as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini. Timo then joined Nordea Bank Finland Plc as a Master Lean Expert from August 2005 to December 2014, where responsibilities included planning and executing Lean transformation programs and training teams. Since January 2015, Timo has been the Process Excellence Manager at Nordea Life Assurance Finland, focusing on areas such as Lean, quality assurance, program management, robotic process automation, and business transformation.
