Torben Engelsgaard is a senior project and programme manager with extensive experience in leading large and complex IT and business transformation projects. They held various leadership roles at Nordea from 2021 to 2024, including Chief Execution Leader and First Vice President in Business & Institutional Technology. Prior to this, they worked at Maersk Data as a line manager and project manager from 1987 to 1994, and began their career as a trainee and assistant manager at A.P. Moller - Maersk between 1981 and 1987. Torben holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and has a solid foundation in shipping through their training at the A.P. Moller group Shipping School.
