Tamara Peric is currently the Lead Game Designer at Nordeus, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they worked as a Game Designer at Mad Head Games from 2018 to 2021, where they designed game systems and oversaw UX testing. Tamara's background includes roles as a Research Associate at the Laboratory for Experimental Psychology at the University of Belgrade from 2013 to 2018 and as a Junior Insight Manager at EyeSee in 2017. They also contributed to academia as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in the Department of Psychology and as a Teaching Assistant in the Faculty of Media and Communications. Tamara earned a Master's degree in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Belgrade in 2015.
