Nordic Bio-Graphite is establishing European production of graphite from renewable biomass. Graphite is a critical material for batteries, steelmaking, and defense technologies. Today, Europe depends almost entirely on imports, while NATO has identified graphite as one of the two most critical materials to secure. Nordic Bio-Graphite provides a regionally produced alternative based on abundant renewable feedstock, strengthening supply resilience and supporting Europe’s strategic autonomy.
