Jon C. is the Vice President of Manufacturing Operations, leveraging extensive experience in supply chain management and purchasing. They began their career as a Marketing/Sales Intern at The Outdoor Greatroom Company and later held various roles at HSBC and RBC Wealth Management, enhancing their expertise in marketing and account management. From 2011 to 2012, Jon worked as a Merchandise Planning Business Analyst at Target before progressing through numerous positions at Nordic Ware from 2012 to 2016, culminating in their current role. Jon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Management and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of St. Thomas.
