Daniela Boguševič is a Talent Acquisition Partner at Nord Security since September 2021, responsible for identifying and attracting top-performing professionals across various product-related positions and conducting numerous interviews. Daniela also holds a concurrent position as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Tesonet. Prior to these roles, Daniela served as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at HR factory Lithuania, where responsibilities included conducting interviews and managing the recruitment process for diverse clients. Daniela began career development through internships at the Police Department, focusing on Human Resource Management. Daniela holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Vilnius University.
