Brian Ramey

Brian Ramey is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in software and firmware development for industrial and consumer electronics. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Nordson Corporation since February 2012, Brian Ramey specializes in developing embedded software using C and C++ for RTOS environments, focusing on socket-based communication for advanced control systems. Previously, as a Senior Engineer at FATS from 2006 to 2012, Brian Ramey was the lead firmware engineer for weapon simulators, employing assembly and C in RTOS development. Brian Ramey also held the position of Senior Electrical Engineer at Panasonic from 1998 to 2005, where responsibilities included hardware and firmware design for TDMA and GSM cellular phones. Brian Ramey holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
