Tracy Lee has extensive experience in software testing and telecommunications, currently serving as a Senior Software Technician at Nordson Corporation since February 2014, where responsibilities include testing software updates, developing test cases, and debugging. Prior to this role, Tracy served in the U.S. Army Reserve for nearly 40 years, rising to the position of Sergeant Major and overseeing the management of telecommunications networks. Earlier experience at Nordson Adhesive Dispensing Systems involved repairing and troubleshooting equipment, as well as assembling and testing hot melt applicators. Tracy holds an Associate's degree in Electronics from DeVry Institute and completed training at the U.S. Army Sergeants Major Academy from 2011 to 2012.
