Amanda Gratchner serves as the Vice President of Data Governance and Privacy at Nordstrom since August 2021, also holding the position of Corporate Counsel Sr. in Privacy. In addition, Amanda is an Adjunct Professor at Lewis & Clark Law School, teaching a course on Data Privacy & Security Compliance. Amanda was the Chapter Co-Chair for the International Association of Privacy Professionals in Portland from January 2021 to December 2022 and has previously held various roles including Principal at IdeaLegal, Global Privacy Officer and Senior Counsel at NAVEX Global, and Global Privacy Counsel at EthicsPoint, which transitioned to NAVEX Global in 2012. Amanda also served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Andrew M. Cole & Associates early in the career. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor in Business and Intellectual Property Law from Lewis & Clark Law School and a BA in Psychology from UCLA.
