Barbara Stoops

Barbara Stoops is an accomplished professional in the field of visual merchandising and design, currently serving as the Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager at Nordstrom since August 2021. With extensive experience, Barbara has also held the position of Visual Manager at Altar'd State from March 2020 to August 2021, and Visual Merchandiser at Bealls, Inc. from April 2016 to March 2020. As the Owner and Designer at Water Street Design since January 1995, Barbara has demonstrated entrepreneurial expertise. Earlier roles include Center Director at Jenny Craig and Director of Store Design and Visual Merchandising at Ann & Hope. Barbara holds an Associate of Arts degree in Interior Design from Dean College and continues to further education at the Rhode Island School of Design.
