Caleb Daughhetee, MBA-HRM, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Organizational Development at Nordstrom since January 2023. Previously, Caleb held the role of Personnel Officer in the United States Air Force from July 2010 to January 2016 and worked as a Manager of Organizational Development at Associated Electric Cooperative Inc. from January 2016 to January 2023. Academically, Caleb obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History from Southeast Missouri State University, followed by a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Trident University International, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Liberty University.
