Dan Ritchie

Dan Ritchie is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Nordstrom since April 2017, Dan oversees multiple development and testing teams to enhance fulfillment and distribution systems. Prior experience includes roles as Principal Engineer at Nordstrom, where Dan specified and built systems within the Supply Chain Fulfillment and Delivery Technologies group, and as a Senior Software Engineer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where Dan contributed to the development of a Kubernetes cluster management application. Dan's prior positions span various leading companies, including Hitachi Data Systems, where Dan led software development teams, and Vulcan, Inc., where Dan developed complex media control systems. Dan holds an MS in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Washington and a BS in Business Administration/Information Systems from San Diego State University.
