Kris Corbin has extensive experience at Nordstrom, having joined the company in July 2001 and progressing through various roles to become a Senior Manager in Program Management, Technology. In this capacity, Kris oversees a team of over 50 technicians and service desk managers to support 366 stores and corporate campuses. Key achievements include deploying Service Now to enhance incident management and creating a 24/7 response team for high-impact technology issues. Kris has also successfully managed the development of an iOS application for the Nordstrom Rack business, facilitating integration between two companies. Prior roles at Nordstrom included IT Manager, IT Project Manager, Senior Business Analyst, and Inventory Manager. Kris holds a degree from Washington State University.
