Mike Gray has extensive experience in leadership development and training across multiple organizations. Currently serving at Nordstrom since June 2020, Mike has created learning strategies for managers, focusing on leadership and DIB learning programs, while managing partnerships with external vendors. Previously, Mike was the Head of Sales Training at Nordstrom Trunk Club, overseeing the training of over 600 sales and service personnel. Mike's earlier roles include Director of Sales Training at VelocityEHS, where Mike implemented effective onboarding and performance management strategies, and sales management positions at S.A. Elite by The Sports Authority, achieving significant P&L results and staff promotions. Mike began a career in instructional technology at Loyola University Chicago and has a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from the same institution.
