Mike Vu

Mike Vu is a seasoned Technical Program Manager at Nordstrom, with a focus on delivering Store Returns technology and overseeing the software development lifecycle. Previously, Mike served as a Product Manager, managing digital store experiences and appointment booking services. At Space Needle, Mike directed a portfolio of digital guest experiences for over 10,000 daily visitors. Prior experience includes managing application portfolios for a global restaurant chain at Deloitte Digital and redesigning business workflows for the State DMV as a Systems Integration Consultant at Deloitte. Mike holds a Master’s Degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Liberal Arts and Sciences from The University of Texas at Austin.
