Pam MacDuff

Pam Macduff is a seasoned Senior Technical Designer at Nordstrom since August 2016, overseeing management duties for Nordstrom Product Group brands across various categories, including wovens, knits, and sweaters. With a focus on Continuous Improvement processes since 2017, Pam has significantly enhanced speed to market. Previously, Pam held the position of Senior Manager, Product Development at Eddie Bauer from October 1993 to March 2016, managing technical design for men's and women's woven apparel. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Entrepreneur/Partner at Siren Blue, where responsibilities encompassed all facets of design and production for a women’s clothing line, as well as working as a Designer at Generra Sportswear, specializing in Juniors and Girls apparel. Educational qualifications include a degree in Apparel Design from Seattle Central College.
