Most great IT specialists aren't browsing job boards. They're deep in meaningful work and they're only open to something better, if the right person reaches out.

That's where we come in.

Nordtalents is an IT boutique recruitment agency built for tech companies that need more than a CV pile. We specialise in headhunting reaching passive talent that traditional postings simply can't access.

We combine a constantly growing talent network, AI assisted sourcing, and genuine human conversation to deliver candidates who fit not just the role, but the team.

Here's what that looks like in practice:
→ We take time to understand your culture and growth trajectory, not just the job spec.
→ We tap both active and passive markets, so you're not limited to whoever happened to apply.
→ You see progress in real time, not just a final shortlist weeks later.
→ We stay involved through offer, onboarding, and beyond, with a guarantee period included.

We work with a small number of clients at a time. That's intentional. It means every search gets our full focus.

If you're scaling your tech team and want recruitment that feels more like a trusted partner than a vendor — let's talk.
