Bob Green is currently a Customer Integrations Specialist at NoRedInk. Prior to this, they worked as a Data Analyst at Illuminate Education, Inc. from July 2015 to April 2022. In this role, they established integration between the DNA (Data and Assessment) and eduCLIMBER platforms to facilitate the transfer of data between the two systems. Bob also gathered feedback from various internal stakeholders with regards to issues in the completion of DNA/eC projects and developed a process using epics in Jira and setting up tasks. This process was expanded upon by our project managers when they came on to the project.
Bob also has experience as an IT Director, which they gained from their previous role at Ohio Alliance for Public Charter Schools from November 2011 to July 2015. In this role, they were responsible for managing the organization's IT infrastructure and ensuring that all IT systems were running smoothly. Bob also trained team members on new IT processes and aided in the communication of the new process with other teams.
